Design games where everyone can win. This is the core principle behind everything I build.

Most systems are zero-sum by default. For someone to win, someone else has to lose. But the most interesting opportunities exist in creating positive-sum dynamics: where everyone's success contributes to everyone else's success.

In creator economies, this means building platforms where artists' success makes the platform more valuable for other artists. In sports, it means designing fan engagement that makes the game better for everyone. In AI, it means building tools that amplify human creativity rather than replace it.

The challenge is that positive-sum systems are harder to design and often take longer to show results. But when they work, they create sustainable value that compounds over time.
